Annette is an innovative and creative talent development professional with a passion for maximizing team and individual performance.  She has over 19 years of professional business experience with more than 10 years of experience working in the training and development arena.  Throughout her professional career, Annette has represented organizations such as First National Bank of Omaha, Woodmen of the World, Sauer Danfoss and GuideOne Insurance.  In her current role, as Director, Learning & Development for LCS, Annette leads a dedicated team of talent development professionals in coordinating and hosting key programs such as the Community Leaders Conference, Professional Development Program and Senior Living Management.
 
Annette is a member of the Association for Talent Development and the Great Des Moines Partnership’s Inclusion Council.  
 
Annette holds a Bachelors degree in Economics from Washington University in St. Louis, a Masters of Business Administration and Masters in Management from Bellevue University.  Recently she achieved the Distinguished Toastmasters (DTM) designation through Toastmasters International where she also serves as Area Director.
