Susan Adams is a performance driven Director of Clinical Systems with more than 25 year experience in health care. She joined LCS in 2010 and is currently responsible for leading multiple teams in the build, education, support, and maintenance of multiple EHR systems. Susan is a dynamic, resourceful, and extremely driven nurse leader with a deep passion for creating and delivering health care IT solutions that collect standardized data to be used to drive evidenced based clinical outcomes.

Susan is licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Iowa and currently holds CPHIMS and MDS RAC certification. She is a member of Sigma Theta Tau and has a seat on the HIMSS LTPAC Committee.
Susan holds degrees in Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Grand View University in Des Moines, Iowa and a Master’s of Science in Nursing with a focus in Nursing Informatics from the University of Iowa.
